When you place an order via our webshop, we collect your name, address, and payment details. For the use of our party tools (like the Wheel of Fortune or Games Database), we do not collect any personal data.
2. What do we do with it?
- Process and deliver webshop orders.
- Keep you informed of your order status.
- Improve the app experience and analyze anonymous usage statistics.
3. How long do we keep data?
Order data is kept for 7 years in accordance with legal administrative obligations (tax). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
4. AI and Data
Our AI tools process your input via external providers (like Google Gemini). We never send personally identifiable data, only the text entered by you.
5. Users under 18
PartyStart is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you suspect we accidentally collected data from a child, please contact us.
6. Data Sharing
We only share data with partners necessary for our services. This includes PostNL (delivery), Mollie/Stripe (payments), Firebase (hosting), and Shopify (webshop platform). We NEVER sell your data to third parties.
