Terms & Conditions

Here is the fine print. We tried to keep it as readable as possible, because nobody likes boring legal texts.

1. General

These terms apply to everything you do on PartyStart.nl. If you buy something, you agree to these rules. Simple right?

2. Offer and Prices

We do our best to display everything as accurately as possible. But if we accidentally offer an 85-inch 8K TV for €5, that party is unfortunately cancelled. Prices include VAT.

3. Delivery

We deliver as fast as we can. Usually that's the next day. But sometimes things go wrong (storm, strike, or the delivery driver has a hangover). We are not liable for delays, but we will always help you.

4. Returns

You can return items within 30 days. Item must be in new condition. We don't take back used straws (because, ew).

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We don't sell your data. Check our Privacy Policy for all details.

6. Complaints

Not happy? Let us know. We'll solve it. We want your party to be a success, so we'll do everything to keep you satisfied.
